Similar to industrial grade bowls but designed for use in class 100 clean rooms.

Standard Features

• 316L stainless steel construction by certified welders
• Exposed seams are welded, ground and polished on both sides
• Electropolished finish
• Stainless steel fasteners
• Sizes from 6" to 36" I.D.
• Dual coil base drive
• Epoxy painted steel base drive with nickel plated cross arms and feet
• Toe clamp bowl mounting
• 120 VAC speed control

Standard Options

• Bowl mounting tabs in lieu of toe clamp mounts for faster bowl changeover on multiple bowl systems
• Bowl lifting handles to prevent handling of part contact surfaces after autoclaving
• Multiple part feeding in one bowl
• "Quick Dump Window" for faster changeover of multiple part bowls
• FDA approved coatings

Control Options

• Bowl shut-off when Inline Tracks or Gravity Tracks are full
• 220 VAC, single phase controls  *220 volt coils required
